Elliot qualified as a Quantity Surveyor in 1996 and having worked as a senior consultant for some of the world’s largest practices he formed Elliot Ltd in 2007.
His commercial experience includes cost advice across a wide range of building sectors and civil engineering projects. Elliot has worked on various large and complex projects in roles encompassing both commercial and project management responsibilities. He brings to the firm 18 years of invaluable professional experience. |
